Led by Head Chef Hiro Kano, Norimono celebrates the art of Japanese hand rolls, crafted fresh right in front of our guests.


As we get ready to open our doors, we’re looking for passionate people to join our team — from the kitchen to the floor.

Chefs & Cooks – Bring your knife skills, creativity, and passion for Japanese cuisine.

Front of House Team – Deliver warm, genuine hospitality with every guest interaction.


Leaders & Supervisors – Help shape a culture of respect, teamwork, and excellence.
